Crock pot steak and Asian egg noodles
Doing steak in the crock pot is really easy AND delicious!
All I did was make my normal BBQ sauce for the steak and added some Thai seasoning for spice.
Just place the frozen steak in the crock pot with the seasoning and sauce and cook for about four hours on high. Make sure you check it when it's approaching the fourth hour, as you don't want to overcook it. These steaks are fairly thick so you may have to adjust timing for your own.
For the noodles, use 5 chunks of egg noodles, some bell peppers, onion, and garlic.
Cook the noodles in a pot with water, while sautéing the veggies in a deep pan. Add to the pan some soy sauce and brown sugar to taste.
Once the noodles are cooked, strain them and add them to the veggies.
You can either cut up the steak and put it in with the pasta or eat it separately.
