Roasted vegetables in wine sauce with brown rice and pork chops
This was my first attempt at making sauce with wine, and it was good but I think I would recommend looking up a sauce with white wine instead of red.
Start by seasoning your pork chops with Thai seasoning, garlic salt and BBQ sauce and preheating the oven to 350.
Bake the pork chops for about an hour.
Chop up one red and one green pepper and one onion and put in a baking dish. Add some green beans if you like as well. Season with lemon pepper and celery salt.
To make the sauce, mix equal parts of red wine and brown sugar, add some soy sauce and two chopped up garlic cloves. Pour the sauce over the veggies and stir to coat them.
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes with the pork, stirring occasionally.
Cook some brown rice (I used minute rice) and pour the veggies with sauce over top.
