Teriyaki steak (baked) with roasted potatoes

This teriyaki recipe is the same one I always use, but here's a recap:

Put 2 cups of water in a pot and while stirring constantly add:
6 tablespoons or brown sugar
One cup of soy sauce
2 diced garlic cloves
A dash of freshly grated ginger
and bring it all to a boil.

Next. In a bowl mix 1/2 cup of water with 4 tablespoons of flour and mix until flour is dissolved. Add to pot and stir until sauce thickens.

Turn the sauce down to low and chop up a half of one white onion and add to the pot. Turn to medium and cook for 5-10 minutes.

Lay your steaks out in deep baking dishes. Season with Thai seasoning and garlic salt to your liking. Pour sauce evenly over each steak, making sure to flip them and coat them in the sauce.

Cook the steak in the oven at 400 until desired doneness.

For the potatoes, chop up 6 medium-large potatoes into bite sized chunks. Put in a baking dish and coat with garlic salt, paprika, Greek seasoning, and any other seasonings you like.
Top with your cooking oil of choice an stir around until all potatoes are evenly coated. Cook at 400 for around 40-50 minutes or until they are soft.
