Steak sandwiches and crispy potatoes
This recipe is nice because it uses leftovers. It sucks sometimes having lots of leftovers and eating the same thing for like a week, so if you do things like this it'll seem different.
I had two large leftover steaks that were already cooked, along with some sautéed mushrooms and onions.
What I did was cut the steak into thin strips to start off. Then I took 4 naan breads and cut them all in half.
Next, I shredded some cheese and cut up half of a tomato. I put some ranch and BBQ sauce on the bottom naan, topped it with all of the other ingredients, and put the top on.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 min or until everything is nice and hot.
We also had leftover baked potatoes, which I cut into coin sized pieces.
Next I seasoned them with paprika and garlic salt and fried them in butter until they were crispy. You can also bake them but they don't get as crispy.
This was super easy to make and made good use of the food we already had without eating the same stuff all the time!
