Healthy easy pasta
So I actually made this for lunch, it is really simple and aside from the time to cook the noodles, it's very quick.
I had some leftover pasta sauce but I never have just pre made pasta sauce.
Begin by chopping up half of a white onion, three garlic cloves, and a small amount of red pepper. Chop finely.
Add the ingredients to a deep pan with a tablespoon or tow of butter and sauté until onions are browned.
Add the sauce to the veggies, about a cup and a half to two cups. Add a bit of ranch dressing and some cream as well.
Chop some marble cheese, about half of a cup, and add to the sauce. Stir and cook until cheese is melted. Add some spices to taste and if it is too thick add some cream.
You can do this with any sort of noodle, it really doesn't matter.
