BBQ chicken with pasta and cauliflower

I took the recipe for the cauliflower off of a post I found on Pinterest and altered it a little and the BBQ sauce I made for the chicken is the same sauce I always make, so you can see earlier posts for that.
The only difference is that I added a little bit of hot sauce to it.

To make your home made tomato pasta sauce, you'll need:
3 medium tomatoes
1/4-1/4 cup of half and half cream
1/2 chopped green or red bell pepper (red would be better but I only had green)
3 tablespoons of ranch dressing, Dijon or honey mustard, and Catalina dressing
1/4 can of tomato soup
1/2 cup of ketchup
1 cup of cheddar cheese, chopped

Dice the tomatoes finely on top of a cutting board or plate, and pour into a sauce pan, making sure to get all of the juice in the pan.
Take a potato masher and mash the tomatoes up (unless you like big chunks) until it is mostly liquid.

Add the rest of the ingredients, stirring on medium and tasting intermittently to make sure it tastes ok. Feel free to add anything if the taste is off. This was just a culmination of everything in my fridge.

Make sure to add the peppers last as you don't want them to be too mushy.
Cook your pasta (any kind) until al dente, strain and place on the plate. Pour sauce over top.

Place a few chicken breasts in a pan and pour BBQ sauce over top. Make sure to coat both sides. Place in over at 375.

After about 10 minutes, take the chicken out of the oven and drain any excess sauce. This make it so the chicken will be a little bit more crispy without having to sacrifice flavour.
Put it back in the over for another 20-30 minutes, checking on it to make sure it's not overcooking.

For the cauliflower you just need some olive or cooking oil and salt/seasoning spice.

Put the cauliflower in a pan and pour some oil over it, coating all the vegetables. Sprinkle some seasoning salt on top and you're done.

Just put it in the oven on broil until it starts to turn golden brown.
I also put the chicken in for this part on the bottom rack to get the sauce a little crispier.
