Teriyaki steak with crispy potatoes
I used the same recipe as in earlier entires to make the teriyaki sauce from scratch.
This recipe feeds 4 people.
For the steak you need:
4 large steaks of any kind
Teriyaki sauce (one recipe worth)
2 tablespoons of Thai seasoning
1 teaspoon of garlic salt
All you have to do is sprinkle all of the steaks front and back with your seasoning and then coat front and back with the sauce. Leave to marinate in the fridge for a few hours.
BBQ until cooked to your liking.
For the potatoes you need:
4-6 medium to large potatoes
2 teaspoons each of paprika, garlic salt, BBQ chicken seasoning and Greek seasoning
1/2 cup of seasoned bread crumbs
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 cup of olive oil
Put the olive oil and garlic in a container together and microwave for one minute.
Pour evenly across the chopped potatoes in a baking dish and stir until evenly coated.
Sprinkle seasoning and bread crumbs of potatoes, making sure to coat evenly.
Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for about an hour, stirring every 15-20 minutes.
