Stirfry

So this is pretty much the same as the chicken and rice recipe but since I probably did things a little different I'm going to post again.

This will feed 2-4 people.

You need:

Two cups of white or brown rice
3/4 cup of BBQ sauce or more, depending on the consistency you want. I used Diana's chicken and rib.
3 garlic cloves, chopped finely
1/2 onion, chopped finely
1 red bell pepper
1/2 of an orange bell pepper (you can use more or less of any type of pepper or vegetable you like)
3 leftover chicken drum sticks (that's what I used, you can use whatever), cut into bite sized pieces
One medium sized steak (pre cooked), cut into bite sized pieces
1 teaspoon of garlic salt
1 teaspoon of celery salt
1/2 teaspoon of Thai seasoning.
1 and 1/2 teaspoon of Greek seasoning
1/2 cup of water
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine

Cook the rice the way that is Instructed on the box.

For me, the order that I chop and cook the vegetables is important because I don't like crunchy onions, but you can cook it in whichever order you like, as long as you start with the garlic and end with the meat.

Begin by placing 2 tablespoons of butter in a large pan and adding onions and garlic.

While they are browning, cut the rest of your vegetables and cut the meat off the bone into small pieces. Add to the frying pan.

Sprinkle with all of the spices, including any extras you may like.

Add the BBQ sauce and water and simmer until everything is nice and hot.

Serve on top of the rice.
