Cheesy scalloped potatos

Mix in a bowl one small can of cream of mushroom soup, one can full of water, 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning, and 4 crushed garlic cloves.

Chop up 1 and a half cups of velveeta cheese (or whatever cheese you like).

Chop three large potatoes into coin shapes And place a layer in a baking pan.

Sprinkle with BBQ seasoning, garlic salt and celery salt and add some cheese and some chopped onion.
Pour some of the liquid mixture over top, just enough to cover.

Repeat this process in layers until all of the ingredients are gone.
