Stir fry with creamy twice bake potatoes

For the stir fry you need white and purple onion, peppers (any kinds you like), and hot Italian sausage.
For the sauce in the stir fry you will need French dressing, honey garlic sauce, ketchup, mustard, garlic and brown sugar (franks res hot as well of you want it spicy).
Mix equal parts of honey garlic and French dressing, add a little bit off all of the other ingredients (to taste) and pour into a glass baking dish.
Chop up all veggies and meat and add to sauce. Make sure to stir well to make sure everything is coated evenly.
Bake in the oven at 350 for around an hour.

For the potatoes, instead of baking them the first time I boiled them but it really doesn't matter. You will need potatoes, cream cheese, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, sour cream, and diced white onion.
Boil the potatoes without the skin until cooked.
Put potatoes in a baking dish an add 3/4 of a pound of cream cheese, about a cup of mozzarella cheese, a small tub of sour cream, and as much white onion as you like.
Mash everything together but don't make it too creamy. Some chunks of potato are nice as well.
