Have you ever had a craving for pasta with veggies but had no pasta? I have a solution: ramen noodles. It's actually pretty good, you just have to make sure you strait the noodles well. For two-three people you need: 2 packages of ramen noodles 1/2 of a red and a green pepper 1 very small white onion 2 garlic cloves 3 tablespoons of olive/vegetable oil Any seasonings you like Any other veggies you like Cook the noodles as you normally would, strain, and leave to sit. While you're cooking the noodles (which you can do in the microwave), chop up and sauté your veggies in the olive oil and spices until desired tenderness. Add noodles to pan and put the noodle seasoning on top. Stir around until everything is mixed thoroughly. It's that easy!!!

Teriyaki steak with crispy potatoes

I used the same recipe as in earlier entires to make the teriyaki sauce from scratch. This recipe feeds 4 people. For the steak you need: 4 large steaks of any kind Teriyaki sauce (one recipe worth) 2 tablespoons of Thai seasoning 1 teaspoon of garlic salt All you have to do is sprinkle all of the steaks front and back with your seasoning and then coat front and back with the sauce. Leave to marinate in the fridge for a few hours. BBQ until cooked to your liking. For the potatoes you need: 4-6 medium to large potatoes 2 teaspoons each of paprika, garlic salt, BBQ chicken seasoning and Greek seasoning 1/2 cup of seasoned bread crumbs 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped 1/2 cup of olive oil Put the olive oil and garlic in a container together and microwave for one minute. Pour evenly across the chopped potatoes in a baking dish and stir until evenly coated. Sprinkle seasoning and bread crumbs of potatoes, making sure to coat evenly. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees ...

Bacon pasta stirfry with garlic bread

This meal, like so many, was a quick throw-together-because-no-one-took-anything-out-of-the-freezer kind of meal. I had some pasta, but not enough to have just pasta, some bacon and some veggies. Threw it together. Wasn't bad. This amount feeds 4-6 people To make the pasta you need: 1/4 pack of spaghetti or angel hair pasta, cooked al dente 1 large white onion, chopped finely 4 garlic cloves chopped finely 2-4 bell peppers of any colour (I had one green and one yellow, but more would have been nice) cut into small pieces 1/4-1/2 cup of cooking oil 2 teaspoons of garlic salt 2 teaspoons of Thai seasoning 1 teaspoon of Greek seasoning 3-6 tablespoons of soy sauce or any type of sauce you like in a stir fry 1 package of bacon 1 small package of beef cubes Start by cooking the bacon and beef cubes in a frying pan. Once done, rove from frying and leave on fridge to cool. While doing the next steps, put the pasta on to cook. Add half of the vegetable oil to a large ...

Add bacon and steak and cook until warmed. Add pasta sauce, ranch, and spices, stirring and cooking until nice and hot. Cook noodles until al dente and mix everything together. So this is pretty much the same as the chicken and rice recipe but since I probably did things a little different I'm going to post again. This will feed 2-4 people. You need: Two cups of white or brown rice 3/4 cup of BBQ sauce or more, depending on the consistency you want. I used Diana's chicken and rib. 3 garlic cloves, chopped finely 1/2 onion, chopped finely 1 red bell pepper 1/2 of an orange bell pepper (you can use more or less of any type of pepper or vegetable you like) 3 leftover chicken drum sticks (that's what I used, you can use whatever), cut into bite sized pieces One medium sized steak (pre cooked), cut into bite sized pieces 1 teaspoon of garlic salt 1 teaspoon of celery salt 1/2 teaspoon of Thai seasoning. 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of Greek seasoning 1/2 cup of water 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine Cook the rice the way that is Instructed on the box. For me, the order that I chop and cook the vegetables is important because I don'...
