Creamy garlic pasta

Image
This recipe uses the creamy garlic sauce that I used on the pork in a previous entry. With some added spices it makes a great pasta sauce! All you do is make the sauce as instructed in my previous post (as much as you need) but add a little more garlic salt and some extra spices I also added a can of cream of chicken soup because mine came out too garlicy and bland. Mix it with some mozzarella cheese and add to pasta for a simple, yummy, home made meal!!!

Mamas chicken and rice

This recipe is very similar to something my mom has made forever - although neither of us actually has a recipe for it. You can use whatever type of rice you like, you can even put it on top of mashed potatoes if you prefer. Cut up two chicken breasts into bite sized pieces and place them in a large, deep pan. Cut up half of a red, green and orange pepper, one small white onion, and whatever other vegetables you like and add to the pan. Add some BBQ sauce - my home made sauce is really good on this and so is Diana's or Heinz chicken and rib sauce. You can play with the flavours as well - of you prefer something lighter you can use Greek dressing orn Italian dressing. Add some spices, such as garlic, celery salt, lemon pepper, and whatever else you like, and add a little water so that you have a nice thin sauce for on top of the rice. Cook your rice and place the chicken and veggies on top of it with some extra sauce and VOILÁ!

Cheesy scalloped potatos

Mix in a bowl one small can of cream of mushroom soup, one can full of water, 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning, and 4 crushed garlic cloves. Chop up 1 and a half cups of velveeta cheese (or whatever cheese you like). Chop three large potatoes into coin shapes And place a layer in a baking pan. Sprinkle with BBQ seasoning, garlic salt and celery salt and add some cheese and some chopped onion. Pour some of the liquid mixture over top, just enough to cover. Repeat this process in layers until all of the ingredients are gone.
