Melt in your mouth chocolate chip cookies
Around the holidays, someone at my work made cookies and they were absolutely fantastic. The only problem is that I don't know who made them or what recipe try used.
This is the first of the chocolate chip cookie recipes that are at work. I plan to try them all until I find the right one.
The ingredients you need are:
2 and 1/4 cups of flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup softened butter or margarine
3/4 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of brown sugar (firmly packed)
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Stir together flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl mix together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. As vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time.
Blend the two mixtures together and add in chocolate chips.
Drop teaspoon sized rounds on to the baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
