Creamy garlic pasta with chicken and veggies
For this you need:
3 or 4 chicken breasts
One white onion
One red, green and yellow pepper
One package of pasta (spaghetti, linguini, rotini or penne)
1/4 cup of hot salsa
2 cups of half and half cream
5 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of garlic salt, celery salt, BBQ chicken seasoning and Thai seasoning
2 teaspoons of Greek seasoning
1 cup of Italian dressing
1 tablespoon of flour
2 tablespoons of Catalina salad dressing
3/4 cup of casa blanco velveeta cheese (or mozzarella)
Start by cutting the vegetables and chicken into bite sized pieces.
Sprinkle the chicken with half of the Greek dressing and cover chicken and veggies with the Italian dressing. Marinate for one or two hours.
You can add more seasoning to both the chicken and veggies if you want. It depends on what flavours you like.
After marinating, place the chicken and the veggies in a large skillet and cook on medium until vegetables are soft. Add some spices and the Catalina dressing.
Take two tablespoons of butter and put in a small pot. Melt butter and sauté crushed or chopped garlic for a minute or two. Add some spices and remove from heat.
Stir in the flour until blended and put back on burner. Add cream slowly, mixing everything together. Add the cheese and cook until thickened.
Cook pasta until al dente.
Add everything together and manga!
