Mushroom soup pork and roasted vegetables

Sorry no pictures this time!!!

I seasoned the pork two different ways; one I used greek seasoning and the other I used my favorite BBQ chicken.

Chop up some onion slices to cook with the pork just to add flavour. Place the onion on top of the pork.

Put one can of cream of mushroom soup in a bowl and combine with 1/4 can of water. Pour over the top of the pork and make sure to cover each piece on both sides.

Bake in the oven for an hour at 350 degrees.

For the vegetables mix some green beans, bell peppers, onion and garlic in a dish, adding a little bit of olive oil to keep the moisture.

Sprinkle vegetables with lemon pepper, garlic salt, and celery salt, making sure to mix it together in order to coat everything evenly.

Bake vegetables for 40-50 minutes at 350, stirring occasionally so those on top do not burn.

You can eat just like this or cook some rice or pasta to pair with it. The vegetables were soooo good though!!!
