Veggies and rice part 2!

I cooked the rice in the normal way that you would, what I did differently was the vegetables. I cut up half of one green pepper, some green beans, one small white onion and two cloves of garlic. Melt 2-3 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan and add the veggies and garlic. Season with BBQ seasoning, celerity salt, garlic salt and Thai seasoning. Add some Catalina salad dressing and BBQ sauce and cook until veggies are soft. Mix everything together and enjoy!

Creamy garlic pasta with chicken and veggies

For this you need: 3 or 4 chicken breasts One white onion One red, green and yellow pepper One package of pasta (spaghetti, linguini, rotini or penne) 1/4 cup of hot salsa 2 cups of half and half cream 5 garlic cloves 1 teaspoon of garlic salt, celery salt, BBQ chicken seasoning and Thai seasoning 2 teaspoons of Greek seasoning 1 cup of Italian dressing 1 tablespoon of flour 2 tablespoons of Catalina salad dressing 3/4 cup of casa blanco velveeta cheese (or mozzarella) Start by cutting the vegetables and chicken into bite sized pieces. Sprinkle the chicken with half of the Greek dressing and cover chicken and veggies with the Italian dressing. Marinate for one or two hours. You can add more seasoning to both the chicken and veggies if you want. It depends on what flavours you like. After marinating, place the chicken and the veggies in a large skillet and cook on medium until vegetables are soft. Add some spices and the Catalina dressing. Take two tablespoons of b...
